A relaxed and supportive run for beginners and low intermediates. Distance varies between 3–5 km at an easy 6:30–8:30 pace — walk breaks are always welcome. No one gets left behind. Meet at the Leidse entrance of Vondelpark (Maagd van Amsterdam). Bag drop available from 9:45 at Bocca Coffee. Stick around after for a post-run coffee with 15% off all drinks. Free to join, everyone welcome.
